What you will do

  • Lead a high-impact portfolio of customer accounts to drive transformation, growth, and profitability.
  • Engage directly with C-suite executives to align technical capabilities with industry and regional trends.
  • Execute multi-year account planning and Return to Growth initiatives to increase signings and revenue.
  • Manage the P&L of the customer unit and optimize overall commercial performance.
  • Coach and mentor Customer Partners to excel as trusted advisors and expand hirify.global's scope.
  • Utilize AI and data-driven analytics to guide strategy, forecast performance, and develop opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling to the public sector.
  • Must be based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
  • Strong P&L management skills and a track record of commercial execution.
  • Ability to orchestrate complex ecosystems, aligning cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Expertise in IT transformation and operations to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Digital fluency and experience using AI-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
