What you will do

• Develop and execute a five-year strategic growth plan and supporting tactics for the assigned territory.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a professional sales team to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
• Set and manage sales targets, discounts, and growth plans for Pioneer Agents.
• Strategically manage the assignment of customers and prospects to enable sustainable business growth.
• Analyze market opportunities and threats to position the sales team for success.
• Maintain deep agronomic knowledge to troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver solutions.

Requirements

• B.S. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in sales leadership or similar roles.
• Willingness to travel and work in rural environments within East Central Ontario.
• Strong ability to coach sales teams and resolve complex customer conflicts.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution for sales growth.
