TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Canada and eligible for Government of Canada Reliability security clearance and CJIS background check.

What you will do
- Drive migration opportunities from legacy or competitive systems to core vCAD/vRMS platforms.
- Promote adoption of vMobile applications to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead structured RFP responses, discovery sessions, and competitive displacement strategies.
- Apply MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale principles to qualify deals and uncover customer pain points.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive whitespace growth and multi-year partnerships.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must successfully obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability security clearance.
- Must pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check for CJIS compliance.
- 12-15+ years of experience with at least 7 years in a SaaS sales environment.
- Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the Public Safety space.
- Deep understanding of CAD/RMS migrations and mobile application workflows.
