Location: Must be based in the USA. This role is remote but requires mandatory travel to Newfoundland, Canada, at least twice per year and on-site customer visits averaging one week per month.

What you will do
- Build and execute robust account strategies to drive significant revenue growth within existing and new strategic accounts.
- Manage deep account planning, mapping, and multi-threaded selling across large enterprise organizations.
- Serve as a technical expert to customers, demonstrating product value and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Account Executive and Customer Success teams to manage renewals and expansions.
- Document all activities and follow-up conversations in Salesforce.
- Travel to customer sites on average one week per month.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 1-2+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers (10,000+ employees).
- Proven experience in a Strategic Account role within a SaaS business or an engineering background with strong closing skills.
- Ability to analyze complex use cases and demonstrate highly technical products.
- Must be willing to travel to Newfoundland, Canada, twice per year and to customer sites monthly.
- Strategic mindset with experience in complex account planning and multi-departmental selling.
