What you will do

  • Shape the Retail Retirement strategy and key initiatives in partnership with the leadership team.
  • Build market and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop strategic content for senior stakeholders, committees, and planning forums.
  • Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives against financial targets and business objectives.
  • Establish and facilitate effective governance, including managing papers and action tracking for business forums.
  • Ensure customer outcomes and Conduct Risk principles are integrated into daily activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial services, preferably within pensions, retirement, annuities, or home finance.
  • Knowledge of product management, proposition design, and governance.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment relevant to retirement markets.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering business or product strategy.
  • Ability to use data and market awareness to support business decisions.
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
