What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and backlog for "New Bets" propositions within the New Growth team.
• Design and deliver structured experiment programs focused on GTM choices, product mechanics, and retention tests.
• Optimize in-app journeys and surrounding surfaces (email, CRM, subscription benefits) to increase user habit and recognition.
• Partner with marketing, technology, compliance, and commercial stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
• Analyze experimental data and performance metrics to determine which bets to scale and which to stop.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning customer-facing digital products through discovery and delivery.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and iterate product strategy based on evidence.
• Strong analytical instincts for defining hypotheses and interpreting experiment readouts.
• Effective communication skills for aligning engineers, designers, and senior leaders.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in London, UK.
