What you will do

• Identify high-impact AI use cases within Private Credit investment workflows.
• Collaborate with investment professionals to translate workflow pain points into AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead rapid prototyping and validation of AI capabilities, iterating based on user feedback.
• Define detailed technical requirements for Engineering, including business objectives and data inputs.
• Partner with Design and Data teams to transition prototypes into production solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI tools through training and change management within front-office teams.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Financial Services or Product Management.
• Experience applying AI/ML or data-driven solutions within investment workflows.
• Ability to lead rapid prototyping and delivery in ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools, including LLM-based solutions and workflow automation.
• Must be based in London, UK.
