What you will do

• Embed with global finance teams to identify and solve high-impact operational challenges.
• Define and own the end-to-end AI transformation roadmap for the finance function.
• Architect and deliver technical solutions from initial prototype to production.
• Codify working patterns into reusable building blocks for the broader organization.
• Lead change management and upskilling initiatives to drive tool adoption.
• Track, measure, and communicate the outcomes of technical and product initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software or forward-deployed engineering experience.
• Strong product sense with the ability to view engineering through a commercial lens.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and map technical specs from high-level direction.
• Resourceful, self-directed problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Clear communication skills for technical trade-offs and executive-level reporting.
• Must be based in London.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite.
• Hands-on experience building software with Generative AI, LLMs, or automated agent workflows.
• Background in fintech, payments, or multi-currency ledgering.
