What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on legislation and regulation regarding bonds, ISA, tax, trusts, pensions, and annuities.
• Monitor the legislative and regulatory landscape (HMRC, industry practice) to identify risks and opportunities.
• Perform impact assessments of legislative changes from consultation through to final regulation.
• Provide technical consultancy to operations, complaints teams, and proposition-led projects.
• Ensure product documentation and literature are technically accurate and fit for purpose.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Transformation, Risk, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Substantial knowledge of tax legislation and regulatory environments for individual life and pension products.
• Significant experience in technical proposition development, product management, and transformation change.
• Proven ability to interpret complex product rules and legislation from manufacturer, operator, and distributor perspectives.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical subjects to varied stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London.
• Qualification: FPMI/APMI, FPFS/APFS, or a relevant degree.
