What you will do
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction across all physical and digital journey stages.
- Drive the planning and execution of the CX development roadmap to maintain high service levels.
- Set and manage KPIs to track and optimize customer service performance.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive the digitalization of customer service processes to enhance efficiency and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align CX initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of overall working experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a CX or similar management role with people management responsibilities.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Commercial, Aviation, or Marketing.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
