What you will do
- Define and drive the e-archiving product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
- Translate country-specific legal and compliance requirements into actionable product capabilities.
- Conduct discovery with customers, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and external partners.
- Shape integration and migration approaches, monitoring needs, and operational workflows.
- Lead delivery with Engineering and track adoption, quality, and commercial success post-launch.
- Establish comprehensive product documentation and decision records for internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in senior product ownership or management, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaS, compliance-heavy, or accounting products.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous regulatory and complex technical problems into clear roadmaps.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Technical understanding of APIs, data retention policies, auditability, and enterprise workflows.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with e-invoicing, e-archiving, tax compliance, EDI, or document exchange systems.
- Deep knowledge of retention policies, audit trails, qualified archives, or country-specific mandates.
- Experience working with international enterprise organizations.
