What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and identify emerging market trends.
• Pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and end-customer acquisition.
• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, specifically HPE, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Conduct in-depth market research and use data-driven insights to guide category acceleration.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align growth strategies.
• Drive adoption and increase usage of the Xvantage platform for reseller partners and vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic outside sales or account management, preferably in technology or distribution.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of growing and maintaining year-over-year sales results.
• Strong knowledge of strategic selling, order management, and project management.
• Ability to travel regularly for in-person customer engagements.
