What you will do

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed marketing goals for Enterprise Retail brands.
• Manage and grow relationships with advertising partners and agencies to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Execute campaign launches and provide optimization recommendations based on performance data.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal operations, troubleshooting, and revenue delivery.
• Educate brands on Reddit's value proposition and best practices for advertising.
• Analyze audience and competitor insights to develop KPI-driven strategies and influence the native ads product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Proven experience working with Enterprise Retail brands.
• Strong expertise in performance/direct response campaigns and the customer marketing funnel.
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario.
