What you will do
- Design and implement 1-to-3-year sales strategies for eBooks, Journals, and Open Access within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets to contribute to overall revenue and profit objectives.
- Plan and execute regular customer visits across the sales region, involving 30% to 50% travel.
- Cultivate sustainable and profitable relationships with industry stakeholders and key accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within the company CRM.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of demonstrated successful account management experience.
- Must have the right to reside and work in Canada.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong business acumen and orientation toward profitability.
- Proven ability to analyze complex tion and solve problems independently.
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
Nice to have
- French language skills.
- Experience in academic library markets and understanding of Open Access and eBooks.
