What you will do

• Drive creative direction for podcast content and visual identity.
• Design podcast artwork, episode graphics, and thumbnail systems.
• Develop motion graphics, intros, outros, and other visual assets.
• Edit long-form podcast episodes or oversee editing workflows.
• Produce short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Establish repeatable templates and production workflows for the internal team.

Requirements

• Background in multimedia design.
• Proven experience working with podcasts, YouTube channels, or media brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating podcast, video, and content-focused work.
• Experience creating content for social-first and video-first platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be based in Europe.
