What you will do

• Create engaging, platform-native content including short-form videos, static posts, and story formats for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with social and influencer teams to translate campaign briefs into scroll-stopping creative concepts.
• Proactively monitor cultural moments, platform updates, and content trends to keep brand presence fresh and relevant.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, encompassing planning, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Analyze content performance and use data-driven insights to refine and improve future creative output.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating social-first content for brands, agencies, or digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video culture.
• Ability to turn ideas into visually engaging and platform-native content with strong storytelling instincts.
• Basic production and editing skills for video and social content tools.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK for the required hybrid office attendance
