What you will do

• Monitor and manage social media discussion threads across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit.
• Engage with the community using an appropriate tone to answer questions and spark deeper conversations.
• Identify and respond to opportunities for deeper engagement, such as product inquiries or advice requests.
• Flag trending topics, FAQs, and sensitive comments to the content teams.
• Track engagement metrics and community sentiment to inform future content strategy.
• Stay updated on diamond and jewellery trends to ensure timely and relevant community interactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience managing social media or online communities in-house, at an agency, or freelance.
• Strong written communication skills with an adaptable, on-brand tone of voice.
• Comfortable navigating social media platforms and management tools like Meta Business Suite or Sprout.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Availability for flexible monitoring windows, including potential evening or weekend work.
