What you will do

• Act as the primary ambassador for WCM methodologies within the factory environment.
• Guide and inspire teams to embrace a transformative mindset and drive meaningful operational change.
• Provide structured support to various pillars and teams in defining and spreading best practices.
• Lead the Education & Training (E&T) pillar to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Foster motivation and engagement in continuous improvement activities through a proactive approach.
• Support the achievement of overall process and factory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Completed technical education in engineering (technical secondary school or vocational program).
• Proficient communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Experience in stakeholder management, team coordination, auditing, and project execution.
• Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to translate long-term strategies into actionable short- and mid-term plans.
• Must be based in Sezzadio (AL), Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience in a WCM/TPM certified company for at least one year.
• Experience in change management and application of WCM principles.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, or TQM.
