What you will do

• Identify and implement improvement opportunities and projects, ensuring delivery against timeframe, quality, and cost requirements.
• Approve process designs developed internally or externally and perform final tests for projects.
• Support production during internal/external process and equipment start-up by defining action plans and training maintenance and production resources.
• Evaluate new process technologies and lead testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider selection to improve productivity, quality, and cost.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production process optimization.
• Skilled in ERP systems and production planning tools, with a hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders in English and Italian.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
