What you will do

• Collaborate with Production Process Cells in daily management and recurrence management.
• Participate in WCM improvement teams and Pillars to drive operational excellence.
• Perform factory loss intelligence and analysis to suggest systemic improvements.
• Plan, control, and track production process KPIs.
• Develop data acquisition systems and perform data analysis for process optimization.
• Standardize processes using benchmarks to boost best practices execution.

Requirements

• Active Master's student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or similar.
• Availability for a 6-month, full-time curricular internship.
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Competence in data modeling, analysis, and visualization.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management and Lean principles.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI).
