What you will do

• Verify machine conformity to technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
• Test machine performance at the hirify.global production plant.
• Identify, handle, and resolve equipment deficiencies autonomously.
• Compile comprehensive final testing reports and follow up on non-conformities (NC).
• Collaborate with various functions to solve issues and propose machine improvements.

Requirements

• Technical educational background with a strong foundation in automation.
• Proficiency in PLC, Motion, Hardware, Networking, Mechatronics, and Safety systems.
• Experience with B&R, Siemens, or Rockwell automation tools.
• Availability to travel worldwide (30-50% of the time).
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with Lean methodology.
