What you will do

• Build and evolve mission-critical tools and systems to support the expansion of autonomous services into new markets.
• Develop end-to-end systems including client-facing interfaces and backend infrastructure for fleet management.
• Solve complex real-world problems related to event and incident response.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to design and implement internal user-facing products.
• Scale real-time tools for fleet data collection and build intuitive web views for depot deployment processes.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of backend or infrastructure experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Backend experience in Kotlin, Java, Python, Go, C++, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with Google infrastructure, such as Borg, Protocol Buffers, and Spanner.
• Experience with reliability monitoring, alerting, integration testing, and production hygiene.
