Location: Must be based in Poland and available to travel to the office in Łódź as needed

What you will do

• Develop high-quality features using GoLang, Java, or Kotlin for the backend and modern frontend technologies.
• Integrate advanced generative AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or Codex into the daily development workflow to design, build, and test features.
• Build a robust, self-service developer platform from scratch to accelerate other product teams.
• Translate high-level concepts and vibes into working prototypes and production-ready code.
• Take full ownership of features from initial concept through deployment and production monitoring.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• High proficiency in using generative AI tools as a core part of the development workflow.
• Strong foundation in backend development with Golang, Java, or Kotlin.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Passion for full-stack development.
