What you will do
- Own the product end-to-end, from client interaction and requirements gathering through development and production delivery.
- Lead direct client communication to identify business needs and defend technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain core system components using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Build advanced AI-powered workflows, including RAG pipelines, AI agents, and multi-step reasoning.
- Implement production-grade backend systems with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
- Leverage AI-augmented development tools like Cursor and Copilot to accelerate delivery and refactoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- English: B1 level or higher required.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- Experience with React and PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, RLS).
- Practical experience building production features with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Ability to act as a technical product owner, making key architectural and product decisions independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL-based AI capabilities such as pgvector, embeddings, and semantic search.
