What you will do
- Collaborate within a self-organizing, cross-functional product team alongside PMs, UX designers, and other engineers.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript, React, Java, and SpringBoot.
- Implement and maintain best engineering practices, including automated testing and code reviews.
- Contribute to product strategy and business discussions to improve customer experience.
- Take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements to the product and internal processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering complex software projects or products.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, ideally with React.
- Strong architectural understanding of web applications, focusing on performance, quality, and security.
- Practical experience with Cloud architectures (AWS or GCP).
- English: B2 level or higher required.
- Must be based in Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with Java and Spring frameworks (MVC/Boot/Data).
- Skill in defining test cases and writing automation.
- Prior experience with the Jira ecosystem.
