What you will do

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues to maintain system functionality.
• Support system modifications, implementation, and testing for clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with senior analysts on user security management and system enhancements.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective system utilization.
• Assist with project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Manage data transfers and generate reports to support operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Foundational experience in analyzing business needs and documenting functional specifications.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and end-user support.
• Ability to travel to various WVUHS facilities for implementations and training.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical, imaging, or web application systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis.
