TL;DR

Senior Workforce Management Program & Technical Enablement Lead (WFM/Fintech): Optimizing workforce alignment and technical platform utilization for a global BPO network with an accent on Calabrio administration and data standardization. Focus on auditing forecast accuracy, establishing a single source of truth for KPIs, and bridging the gap between WFM strategy and operational execution.

Location: Must be based in the United States (San Jose, CA or Draper, UT) or be in a remote-eligible location within the US. Applicants must have authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $84,900 - $124,800 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as the Calabrio platform subject matter expert, managing system configurations, forecasting, and reporting to maximize tool utilization.
  • Audit scheduling efficacy and forecast accuracy produced by offshore WFM partners to maintain program integrity.
  • Standardize WFM data and KPI reporting across the ecosystem to establish a single source of truth.
  • Lead technical onboarding for new offshore WFM resources, ensuring training on Calabrio workflows and company standards.
  • Ensure WFM scheduling practices remain compliant with applicable labor laws and internal policies through routine audits.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Calabrio WFM, including system configuration, scheduling builds, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of working in a split onshore/offshore BPO environment.
  • Strong analytical instincts with a high bar for data integrity and the ability to resolve reporting discrepancies.
  • Experience translating leadership priorities into structured processes, governance frameworks, and scalable workflows.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
