What you will do

• Plan, organize, and execute full-lifecycle data conversion projects.
• Conduct scoping, kickoff, and status calls with customers, internal product groups, and third-party vendors.
• Create and communicate detailed project plans and timelines to all stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight.
• Track issues and manage escalations to ensure project success.
• Maintain project documentation and SharePoint entries.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data conversions or project management within the financial industry.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity out of the Springfield, MO office.
• Must be able to come onsite at least 4 times per month.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Must be able to travel up to 5% for training at company locations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification.
• Experience with MS SharePoint and MS Project.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and virtual environments.
• Familiarity with Windows networking.
• Prior experience with hirify.global products.
