What you will do

• Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on external leadership candidate market.
• Advise on position alignments, interview best practices, and candidate experience.
• Pull hiring metrics from various sources and speak to trends.
• Lead update meetings, conduct on-site interviews, and participate in debriefs.
• Actively market map, source, and contact prospective candidates.
• Ensure a personalized and exceptional candidate journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment with focus on Europe
• Executive search recruiting experience covering a range of different departments and functions.
• Experienced in active sourcing and attracting talent through different channels.
• High business acumen with an understanding of complex business models.
• Fluent and an excellent communicator in English and Hungarian.
