Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary (3 times per week in office)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from detailed job scoping with hiring leaders to offer negotiation and candidate acceptance.
• Execute advanced sourcing strategies using sophisticated Boolean search, deep web techniques, and social media channels.
• Build and deploy targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct professional phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on skill assessments and cultural fit.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and provide regular, accurate reporting on recruiting activities to leadership.
• Act as a mentor to other recruiters and team members, sharing innovation and outside-the-box search techniques.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary to support a hybrid work arrangement.
• Minimum of 5+ years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proven experience recruiting for GTM (Go-To-Market) positions, specifically for large-scale tech companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Expertise in deep web sourcing and the use of recruitment technologies to create efficiencies.
