What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business problems and develop solutions.
- Lead projects across the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
- Drive technical discussions and align strategies with global technical leaders.
- Tackle complex technical challenges and mitigate risks during project execution.
- Write high-quality code and design documents, setting standards for the team.
- Coach and mentor engineers to foster growth and elevate technical capabilities.
Requirements
- 9+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python).
- Experience with architectural patterns of large-scale web applications.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
