What you will do

• Design and maintain performant, low-latency APIs and distributed microservices for identity, authorization, and configuration.
• Own features end-to-end, from shaping requirements with Product to production monitoring.
• Execute high-consistency data pipelines for audit logs and BI exports.
• Advocate for engineering best practices including structured logging and robust error management.
• Ensure high-quality observability through alerting, dashboards, and tracing.
• Build reusable internal tooling to reduce operational toil and enable self-service.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend systems
• 2+ years of experience with Python or Scala
• Proven experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures
• Deep understanding of databases, caching, and low-latency design
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with Product teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Spark or big data processing
