What you will do

• Manage and update internal records and legal documentation in compliance systems.
• Organize and archive legal documents and reports.
• Assist in responding to official legal requests and notifications under supervision.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation processing.
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline legal and administrative workflows.
• Participate in training to develop a foundational understanding of legal operations and fintech regulations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in high school or a technical/professional education program.
• Advanced or Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
• Must meet criteria for an apprenticeship in Brazil.
