What you will do

• Own and maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) across the hirify.global Group.
• Manage data subject rights requests and provide actionable guidance to business stakeholders.
• Negotiate and monitor the lifecycle of data processing agreements with third-party processors.
• Lead risk assessments, including DPIAs, ensuring GDPR compliance is grounded in commercial reality.
• Contribute to the development of the data protection framework and governance structure.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent).
• 2+ years of relevant experience from a law firm, financial institution, or public authority.
• Solid expertise in GDPR and the regulatory landscape for licensed financial institutions.
• Ability to provide clear, business-oriented recommendations based on legal analysis.
• Must be based in or able to work from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or fintech.
• Knowledge of legal issues surrounding AI and data usage.
