What you will do

• Advise and support operational areas and team members across the organization.
• Provide legal support for regulatory assessments, token projects, and financial instruments.
• Draft and revise legal documents including contracts, general terms & conditions, and internal/external policies.
• Prepare legal advice on civil law, corporate governance, partnership agreements, and the establishment of new entities.
• Collaborate with various departments to navigate and shape the group's legal framework.

Requirements

• Currently in the final stages of a law degree from an Austrian, German, or Swiss university.
• Strong academic focus on civil law, supervisory law, IT law, or corporate law.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong interest in and understanding of crypto-assets and traditional financial products.
• Ability to work reliably both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• First professional experience in an international law firm.
• Experience as in-house legal counsel in an international company.
