What you will do
- Lead stakeholder and user research to identify key gaps and refine personas.
- Develop and evolve high-impact service blueprints and strategic artifacts.
- Shape future operating models and define end-to-end service experiences across the full lifecycle.
- Facilitate alignment between business, process, and product stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business analysts to break down organizational silos.
- Translate business strategy into clear experience and service requirements.
Requirements
- Very senior level of experience in Service Design.
- Strong ability to lead research and synthesize complex information into blueprints.
- Advanced facilitation skills to create clarity and momentum among diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex systems and translate them into meaningful experiences.
- Proficiency with service design tools and methods.
- Updated CV in English
