TL;DR

Data Insights PMDR Consultant (BPM): Providing high-level insights on the GSSC’s current state and trajectory to inform strategic decision-making with an accent on data-informed planning and performance monitoring. Focus on designing biannual Global Business Reviews, developing the 2027 Rolling Work Plan, and implementing a comprehensive data-informed planning system to support organizational transformation.

Location: Must be based in Hungary (Remote/Work from home)

What you will do

• Design and deliver biannual Global Business Reviews to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Develop a data-informed 2027 Rolling Work Plan to guide organizational priorities.
• Establish monthly Section and Executive Management Team workplan views.
• Implement a comprehensive, data-informed planning system to steer through organizational transitions.
• Synthesize complex data into clear decision-support products using visualization tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement to align insights and solve operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, social sciences, demographics, development planning, international relations, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in data analysis, programme planning, or monitoring.
• English fluency is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong command of PMDR methodologies, including results frameworks and KPI design.
• Ability to analyze data in the context of large-scale transformations or operating model shifts.

Nice to have

• Background in Global Business Services (GBS) or strategic business operations.
• Experience in private-sector performance management or service delivery.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Proven experience in executive-level reporting.
