What you will do

• Collaborate with leadership on annual revenue budgeting, monthly forecasting, and territory planning.
• Maintain key data sets and deliver comprehensive monthly reporting on sales performance and productivity.
• Prepare executive-level analytics and presentations to influence senior leadership.
• Develop analytical models to support short- and long-term business planning.
• Partner cross-functionally across the Conferences business unit to execute strategic projects.
• Analyze operational data sets to establish KPIs and drive continuous process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, FP&A, Sales, Strategy, or Business Operations.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to present complex data clearly.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
