What you will do

  • Support day-to-day execution of the Small Accounts operating model and identify process bottlenecks.
  • Document and standardize scalable processes and playbooks.
  • Coordinate operational projects, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Support CRM automation and lifecycle workflows in partnership with RevOps, Product, and Support teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and report on initiative outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Support, Product, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Project Management within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, workflows, and automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing KPIs and using dashboards.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Exposure to Customer Success at Scale or low-touch operating models.
  • Familiarity with customer journey optimization or lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
