Focus on managing complex, non-standard opportunities from first conversation to commercial close and Delivery handover while feeding Germany/DACH market insight back into GTM and Product.

What you will do
- Create and own a qualified Germany/DACH enterprise pipeline independently across institutional real estate stakeholders.
- Run end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: discovery, tailored demos, business case, stakeholder mapping, mutual action plan, proposal, procurement, and close.
- Deliver credible senior demos and commercial conversations without Product support in standard sales situations.
- Navigate executive and committee-style environments; diagnose decision problems and manage deal control with rigorous qualification and forecasting.
- Own the account until Delivery handover, ensuring onboarding readiness and protecting trust during early onboarding.
- Feed Germany/DACH market insight into ICP, messaging, packaging, pricing, demo flows, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- German: native-level and strong business English.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategic business development, consulting, institutional real estate/finance, ESG/sustainability, climate tech, PropTech, enterprise data, or complex B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to generate enterprise pipeline independently (not only inbound/founder-led or inherited accounts).
- Credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to hold your own with German institutional real estate buyers and investment committees.
- Ability to run complex demos and senior commercial conversations independently, learning product detail fast and managing client-specific requirements.
- Strong sales discipline: structured account plans, stakeholder maps, MEDDPICC-style qualification, clean CRM, reliable follow-up, and realistic forecasting.
Nice to have
- Existing network in German institutional real estate (asset managers, fund managers, banks, insurers, consultants, large owners, lenders, associations).
- Experience in enterprise SaaS/PropTech/ESG & climate tech/enterprise data/real estate finance or related domains.
- Exposure to DACH real estate regulation, decarbonisation, ESG reporting, Capex planning, portfolio steering, financing, or valuation topics.
- Professional credibility signals (MRICS/RICS, CFA, CAIA, EBS/IREBS/REM or comparable qualifications).
- Experience in early-stage/scale-up environments where sales playbooks are still evolving.
