TL;DR

Graphic Designer (Brand, Social Media, Ads & Campaigns): Creating high-performing visual assets across social media, paid ads, web, and print with an accent on brand identity consistency and conversion-focused campaign design. Focus on designing for outcomes (CTR, engagement, conversions), iterating quickly with feedback, and delivering polished, reusable files across multiple formats and platforms.

Location: Remote (U.S. client business hours). Candidates based in South Africa or Kenya.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain brand systems (logos, typography, color palettes, visual guidelines) and ensure consistency across social, web, print, and ads.
  • Design marketing and campaign assets for social media, paid ads (Meta/Google Display), email campaigns, presentations, and sales decks.
  • Create digital visuals for web banners and landing page visuals, and optimize creatives for mobile, desktop, and social platforms.
  • Support print collateral production (brochures, flyers, posters) and collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • (Bonus) Produce motion and multimedia assets such as GIFs, simple animations, motion graphics (After Effects), and basic video edits.
  • Manage file delivery and organization using reusable templates and multiple formats (AI, PSD, PNG, PDF), while meeting KPIs like on-time delivery and limited revision cycles.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio covering branding and marketing/digital assets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience designing for social media and ads.
  • Ability to design conversion-focused visuals (CTR, engagement, conversions) and work fast without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong organization and reliability under deadlines, including managing multiple requests simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience with Figma and/or Canva.
  • Background working with marketing agencies or in SaaS/e-commerce.
  • Understanding of CTR, engagement, and conversion-focused design principles.
