Salary: $11–$14 per hour.

What you will do

• Own and grow the brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute a monthly social content calendar with a distinct brand voice.
• Produce and direct original short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks.
• Manage end-to-end photography and video production for properties, including vendor coordination.
• Develop and manage an influencer and creator strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve production speed and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines (candidates outside the Philippines will not be considered).
• 4-6+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or brand creative.
• Proven experience producing engaging short-form video content.
• Active practitioner of AI creative tools like Midjourney, Runway, or Adobe Firefly.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work overnight hours (Tuesday through Saturday) to align with U.S. business hours.
