What you will do

• Set and maintain high creative standards for all outputs from storyboards to final ads.
• Provide actionable feedback on creative strategy presentations, raw footage, and final edits.
• Develop and maintain checklists, brand guides, and review frameworks to ensure quality consistency.
• Run pre-production alignment sessions between creative strategists and producers.
• Translate creative briefs into production-executable direction and vice versa.
• Identify and fix process breakdowns between departments to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or content production.
• Proven track record working across both creative strategy and production.
• Deep, current expertise in TikTok and Meta platforms, including formats, hooks, and performance signals.
• Ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback that elevates team output.
• Experience building processes, SOPs, and creative tools.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
