What you will do

• Plan and create a coherent body of high-impact assets including articles, data stories, and guides.
• Craft narratives that translate complex topics like compliance and worker classification into engaging content.
• Build a distinctive thought leadership style that differentiates the brand in the market.
• Partner with product and insights teams to turn data into evidence-led content.
• Collaborate with executives and internal experts to ghostwrite and package their knowledge.
• Own the editorial quality, voice, and consistency across all publishing channels.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required (application and CV must be in English).
• Seasoned content marketer with experience setting editorial direction at B2B companies.
• Strong narrative instinct and craft, with a clear, evidence-led writing voice.
• Commercial judgment to connect content to measurable outcomes and funnel stages.
• Experience with B2B SaaS audiences in HR, finance, fintech, or compliance.
• Ability to work independently in an async, globally distributed team.
