What you will do
- Own and drive the development of the company's gamified employee platform, including strategy and prioritization.
- Collect and synthesize user feedback to identify needs and implement improvements to the user experience.
- Design and implement engagement, recognition, and development initiatives, including gamification and reward systems.
- Conduct employee research and pulse surveys to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate the production of internal video content, including concepts, briefs, and quality oversight.
- Build and maintain effective cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Experience, Community Management, or Product Management.
- Strong understanding of product management approaches, including user research, metrics-driven decision-making, and feedback analysis.
- Proven experience designing and implementing employee engagement programs and gamification initiatives.
- English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher.
- Ability to structure information and prepare analytical reports and actionable recommendations.
- Strong systems thinking with a balance of strategic vision and operational execution.
Nice to have
- Understanding of modern internal video content formats such as onboarding videos, podcasts, and interviews.
