What you will do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX requirements.
• Supervise intercompany and accounts payable transactions.
• Manage accounting entries and maintain effective internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for finance processes and systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support fiscal reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or analysis within multinational companies.
• Advanced or fluent English and Spanish proficiency.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and SOX compliance.
• Practical experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Proven people management and coaching skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or professional certification in Finance.
• Experience in factory, supply chain, and logistics accounting processes.
• Knowledge of consolidation processes.
