What you will do

• Guide localisation timelines and track progress across multiple projects and languages.
• Act as the primary contact for external localisation partners and freelance translators.
• Manage and organise localisation files using tools like Lokalise, XLIFF, and Excel.
• Perform initial reviews of translations and coordinate LQA testing with internal and external teams.
• Validate localisation directly in-game to ensure correct text display and formatting.
• Support general QA release readiness checks and testing on smaller projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK for hybrid work.
• Relevant experience in localisation, QA, or production within the gaming or tech industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and flag project risks.
• English proficiency required as the core working language.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with localisation tools such as Lokalise or Poedit.
• Understanding of game QA processes, bug tracking, and testing methodologies.
