What you will do

• Own the day-to-day execution and delivery of UIUX, narrative, and game design across multiple features.
• Partner with Design Leads to translate creative vision into achievable plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
• Ensure design work is delivered at pace and meets validation gates before entering production.
• Drive build reviews and support the evolution of design production processes for scalability.
• Mentor other producers and facilitate alignment across creative, technical, and production perspectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior game production roles with accountability for creative delivery.
• Deep understanding of production within deadline-driven, creative environments.
• Strong command of production tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working on large-scale, systems-driven or simulation-heavy games.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be able to work hybrid (2-3 days per week) from the London studio.
