TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Guildford, UK). Must be based in the UK with the right to work; no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.

What you will do

  • Champion the creative vision of the game and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate and manage the production pipeline, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to refine features and execution plans.
  • Manage daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews using agile methodologies.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and establish mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Senior or Lead Producer role across multiple full game lifecycles.
  • Strong background in game production and project management within the games industry.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and external partner management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Monday.
  • Knowledge of game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing hybrid working teams or projects.
