What you will do

• Define and monitor brand execution including distribution, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Build and implement annual activation plans aligned with brand priorities and sales goals.
• Analyze shopper behavior and channel specifics to optimize promotional tools and profitability.
• Track and evaluate activation performance through post-mortem analysis and KPI scorecards.
• Design execution principles and engagement plans for key sales stakeholders and distributors.
• Leverage cross-division resources to maximize the impact of activation initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree and ideally 1 year of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Shopper Activation.
• Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written) is a mandatory requirement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
